Compensation:

• $185.00/base rate
• Hourly incentive
• Quarterly bonus pool

Key Responsibilities:

Expect the following:

• 1099 employment status
• Goal: Work at least 12 required shifts/month (12 hours each)

• 6, 24-hour shifts
• ER + urgent care in the same facility
• APRNs triage urgent care patients
• Typically 4-5 physicians per site
• 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care)
• Moderate to moderate high acuity
• Run very few codes
• Births are rare
• Heavy trauma is rare; tertiary hospital available
