Responsibilities:
- Ensuring stations are set for each service with correct mise en place.
- Ensure the quality of product coming in from vendors is acceptable.
- ensure the quality of executed food going out is of our standard.
- be punctual and communicative about scheduling needs
- Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen
- Has the ability to think critically and efficiently while multitasking
- Work efficiently at a station on the line
