What Will You Do in This Role?As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.Do You Have What It Takes?A fire and passion for working with seniorsA flexible, fun, and energetic personalityHigh school diploma, or equivalent, preferredPrior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferredPrior maintenance experience requiredMust possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance proceduresProfessional image in both appearance and behaviorExcellent written and oral communication skills
