speak for themselves.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including medical malpractice and slip and fall claims.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions.Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD)

from an accredited law school.Active membership in the

California State Bar .2-5 years of experience
