Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service, guiding guests through the menu and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and modifications are noted.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper service etiquette.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized service station, including polishing glassware and silverware.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order execution.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling guest inquiries professionally.
- Follow and execute all side work lists provided by the company.
- Assist in table maintenance, including clearing and resetting as needed.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
