1. Assisting clients in drafting and implementing trust, wills, and other estate planning documents.

Job Details

The successful candidate must have:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney, with a strong focus on probate law.
4. Excellent drafting skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong knowledge of federal and state estate tax laws.
6. Proficiency in using legal research tools.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proven ability to handle multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity.
9. High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
11. Proven track record of courtroom success in probate cases.
