We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping clients plan for their future and protect their assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate administration, trust administration, and special needs planning.   • Provide expert counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Manage all aspects of estate and trust administration, including probate, asset distribution, and tax filings.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in estate planning and administration, trust administration, and special needs planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to staying current on changes in laws and regulations related to estate planning and administration.
