Parts Sales Specialist located near Raleigh, NC for a leading equipment solutions provider for uses in the food processing industry. Role is responsible for supporting the parts department by taking customer orders, researching the components, processing the request, and coordinating shipment.

Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of related sales experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

ERP experience

Experience handling domestic and international shipments

College Degree is a plus

Experience working with freight forwarding companies is a plus

Responsibilities:

Support the parts department by taking customer orders, researching the components required, processing the request, and coordinating shipment

Quote and process parts orders quotation requests and purchase orders

Works closely with the manufacturing, engineering and service teams to ensure accurate orders

Analyze parts use history to proactively sell parts

Provide necessary export documentation for shipments
