Our client in Fremont, OH is looking for a skilled inspector for their fabrication shop!

Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM or 7 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $24+/hr

Ideal candidates will have a MINUMUM of 5 years in fabrication and 2 years in welding in a professional setting. The ideal candidate must also be able to read blueprints, operate a tow motor, and use simple software programs for inspection reports, as well as work well in a team environment. Candidates will be expected to inspect both small and large projects.

Duties:

• Inspect finish products, making any final corrections and adjustments as needed before product is prepared for shipping
• Use basic measurement and inspection tools to make sure the product is within specification according to blueprints
• Using software to create and submit inspection reports

Requirements:

• MUST have a MINIMUM of 5 years of fabrication experience and 2 years of welding experience in a professional setting
• MUST be able to read blueprints
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools
• Operate a tow motor
• Lift 50 lbs
• Good attendance/longevity, ability to follow directions, and a team player are qualities candidates must have to excel in this position
