Oak Harbor Company is looking for a HVAC Service Technician!

Pay $30.00/Hr.

Hours: M-F 7am-5pm Will need to be available for atleast one weekend a month for on call.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with customers on the phone with issues and answer the questions by using Helpdesk videos on the website or will contact a local HVAC company to assist the customer on site.
• Diagnose and troubleshot system malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical faults
• Record all phone calls into CRM System
• Order Parts from DBA System

Requirements:

• HSD/GED
• HVAC Certification
• Atleast 5 Years of experience in HVAC or related Field
• Must be efficient with computers and entering data
• Must know mechanical Principles, refrigeration cycles, reading blueprints, troubleshooting malfunctions, and adhering to safety regulations.
