Experienced CNC Machinist -$18+ based on experience - Huron, OH

Requirements:

• 3 years related experience and/or training
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or trade school preferred
• Basic Math, measuring devices and blueprint reading
• Advanced math such as trigonometry preferred

Ability to operate Mori and DMU machinery a plus*****

Duties Include:

• Sets up and operate CNC metalworking machine tools such as lathe or milling machine to machine parts to specifications, and verifies conformance of parts to specifications.
• Ability to edit programs, change offsets and reduce set up time
• Read and interpret blue prints
• Analyze written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to plan layout and determine sequence of operators
• Set up and operate machines, including adjusting speeds and feeds, and the use of proper tooling and fixtures
• Use full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to determine acceptability of parts
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines as required part of PM schedule of calendar
• Read and edit programs
• Effectively and safely operator multiple machines at the same time
• Other duties as assigned
