Novotel Living Tallinn , we are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Head of Sales
to drive our sales activities across all guest segments and markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in sales and business development.Your key responsibilities include:Identifying and developing new business opportunities in both local and international markets.Establishing strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key stakeholders.Implementing innovative sales strategies that align with Novotel Living’s brand values.Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Collaborating with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and occupancy levels.Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.As a key leader in the hotel’s commercial team, you will bring:Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.The ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.A data-driven approach to sales strategy and revenue management.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.A deep understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
QualificationsPassion and interest in Hospitality.Minimum of 2 years in a M&E or sales role within the hospitality industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Fluent in Estonian and English; additional languages are an advantage.Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge in Opera Cloud solutions and revenue management tools is considered a strong plus.Strong industry connections and the ability to develop partnerships.
