Strong understanding, experience and comfort selling both Staffing, and SOW business.Lead with an assertive, proactive approach to managing your book of business.Come equipped with a positive, friendly, team spirit.Develop strong internal relationships with Recruiting, Client Services, Solutions (Delivery), and fellow Sales Directors.Share knowledge and insight gained from success stories with other team members.Sell Kelly Telecom solutions and services to Wireless/Wireline Carriers, OEM’s, GC’s, and Data Center companies.Develop and execute on a strategic plan for your territory and create reliable forecasts.Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while simultaneously fostering personal relationships with potential clients.Cold call, generate new leads and follow up on pre-established leads.Build and strengthen customer relationships with a constant drive toward Face-to-Face meetings, when possible.Build and create strategies for penetration and account development.Close new business consistently at or above targets.Experience selling into Tier 1 Operators, with an emphasis on Verizon.Solid understanding of VMS systems, primarily Fieldglass.Strong background working within the parameters of an MSP, primarily Tapfin, as it pertains to the Verizon account.Manage the entire sales cycle, from the introduction to ongoing account expansion.Maintain frequent communication with customers to ensure quality control, and drive new business development.Work closely with internal Recruiting teams to ensure a high-quality delivery of candidates to the client.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the top Kelly Telecom competitors.Network and maintain relationships with key client and talent communities for short/long term opportunities.Travel regularly within an agreed upon territory.Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.7+ years sales experience in staffing or solution industry, and at least 2 years as a Senior Account Manager.Skilled at building strong relationships with new and existing clients.Adept at generating new streams of substantial revenue.Strong understanding and experience selling in the Staffing industry.Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, to build relationships with, and to network.Exceptionally strong at connecting with others through phone, email, text, social media, virtual meetings, and face to face meetings.Passion for results, resilience, and the desire to do an exceptional job.Self-motivated, passionate and hungry to make a big impact.Additional Duties:
Be knowledgeable about Kelly Telecom’s services and solutions.Prepare and present weekly and ad hoc reports.Give sales presentations to a range of prospective and existing clients.Identify, manage, and maintain client relationships, identify appropriate decision makers, and identify new opportunities through business development and growing the existing business.Develop relationships through phone, email, text, social media, virtual meetings, and face to face meetings.Maintain contact lists and follow up with clients developing relationships.Experience using a CRM Tool - Consistently input, update, maintain, and document client communications and activity progress.Present new job order details to the Recruiting team, assign priority, and provide updates.Benefits:
