Your Impact:The Director of Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives in our Enterprise market segment, and will focus on driving sales with businesses and organizations outside of the public safety sector. This is a team quota-carrying role on a “startup" within the organization where we’ll move fast, win our earliest customers, and build repeatable sales motions.
Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Axon Enterprise team, the development of your team, and our success crushing revenue goals. Leading by example you’ll be a champion of our Operating Principles and foster a collaborative, transparent, inclusive sales environment.

Hire and develop a team of experienced Account ExecutivesConsistently deliver against team revenue goalsAssist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Axon Enterprise in navigating, closing and expanding accountsPartner with Axon Enterprise leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales processUnderstand the challenges facing the team and clear the way to allow for successRegularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecastingIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivityWhat You Bring:
5+ years of experience managing high performing software sales teams (preferably for a SaaS company)Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in strategic salesPrevious experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team from the ground upHigh level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders thinkPrevious experience selling into Executive leadership (C and VP level)Territory management and development experienceStrong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles. Ability to build and coach territory team over time.Technically savvy, good problem solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD 200000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
