Occupational Therapist needed for acute hospital setting in Montgomery, AL
13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 8AM-4:30PM (may vary depending on departmental needs)
Patient Types: Acute Care: Very high acuity and complex patients to include but not limited to s/p Cardiac and General Cardiovascular, s/p Ortho/Joint procedures, Trauma, s/p Stroke
REQUIRED:
- 1 year minimum acute care experience
- Current AL OT license
- BLS
- Efficiency and flexibility are KEY; must genuinely be a team player and willing to help support the interdisciplinary team
- Ability to evaluate, treat and manage a case load independently; Experience with above mentioned patient types; Experience and willingness to assist with ADL’s
- Teaching facility – must be comfortable working with students
