Remote - USAbout us:To support the business by educating, influencing and advising key stakeholders on commercial best practices in order to contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the CBRE | GWS | Enterprise, in line with the wider Commercial strategy. Support new and existing business and growth together with providing day-to-day support to the Sector leadership and Account teams.Be the subject matter expert on commercial agreements, including but not limited to: commercial terms, areas of risk and reward, operational compliance, cost control, financial responsibilities and liabilities, and contractual obligations. Work with SMEs and Legal team to support the Sector.What you'll do:Provide Commercial leadership and expertise on commercial agreements.Work with other executives, functional leaders and subject matter experts to support their Sector / Accounts achieve their commercial goals.Evaluate the success of the Sector in achieving its commercial goals and formulate plans to correct any issues.Contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the Sector.Monitor and track progress toward goals, providing global direction by developing and implementing commercial operational goals.Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as needed.Negotiate and agree contracts to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.Promote compliance with CBRE governance, policies, and procedures.Educate and advise on Commercial best practice.Proactively identify, agree and implement improvement and innovation initiatives.What you'll need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance retention.Ability to exchange sensitive and complicated information.Leadership skills to motivate the team.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Expert organizational and math skills.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.Compensation:

The minimum salary for the position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary is $175,000 annually.Equal Employment Opportunity:
