    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
    Job Details
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted
  • Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
  • General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Any Med/Surg with focus on renal. HD cath. Management, Manual PD/PD cycler, Sepsis, Tele Monitoring, ETOH (CIWA), UTI, CKD HTN emergency
  • Ratio / Census: 1:6; 20 Rooms with average daily census of 18
  • Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR
  • Scrub Color: Navy or white or combinations
  • RTO: MAX 7 days
  • Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere
  • Floating: Yes
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
    Job Requirements
  • Certifications Required: BLS
  • State License verification (if applicable) - within 30 days prior to start date
  • Annual Nursys (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start date
    Schedule Information
  • Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Details: Med/Surg with focus on renal
