We are looking for motivated and experienced line cooks to join our kitchen staff. The line team will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of our all the menu items.
We are looking for someone with experience, passion for preparing delicious food, and the ability to take coaching.
Garde Manger Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of foods according to established recipes and standards
- Responsible for properly stocking and organizing their station
- Ensure all food items are properly labeled and stored
- Monitor food temperatures, storing food at safe temperatures
- Maintains a clean and sanitary station
- Follows safety and sanitation procedures
Garde Manger Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Working knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
