At Epice, we pride ourselves on warmth, knowledge, and
professionalism. Warmth of hospitality to both our coworkers
and guests. Knowledge of our food, wine, drinks, and service
details. Professionalism means we choose the right way
every time; short cuts have no place at Epice.
The servers at Epice are responsible for setting / closing
up of the restaurant, extensive knowledge of the menus,
polished service of guests, sidework, and warm hospitality to
both guests and team alike.
You will be trained and given the tools to be successful.
One of the main things we ask of you is to remain open at
all times to training. Once you are o?cially on the floor as a
server there will still be small details needing to be
addressed. We strive to keep open communication and keep
progressing as a team.
We are seeking servers with experience in the following:
-sense of urgency
-warmth of hospitality
-being in control of coursing / pacing
-cocktail / spirits
-wine knowledge and service (old world wines exp. preferred)
-ability to stay focused and on task
