*Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)*

*Job Summary:* We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary issues. Your responsibilities will include performing diagnostic tests, managing respiratory equipment, and delivering treatments and therapies to patients with respiratory disorders across various care settings.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Patient Assessment:* Evaluate patients' respiratory status by reviewing medical history, conducting physical exams, and performing diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests (PFTs) and blood gas analysis.
* *Respiratory Treatments:* Administer therapies, including oxygen therapy, nebulized treatments, mechanical ventilation, and airway management procedures (e.g., suctioning, bronchodilator treatments).
* *Ventilator Management:* Set up and monitor ventilators for patients with acute or chronic respiratory failure, ensuring appropriate settings based on patient needs.
* *Emergency Care:* Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies, including code blue situations, and provide advanced life support techniques such as intubation or CPR as needed.
* *Patient Education:* Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use, promoting effective home care and adherence to therapeutic protocols.
* *Collaboration:* Work with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
* *Documentation:* Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and responses in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with hospital protocols.
* *Equipment Maintenance:* Ensure that all respiratory equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and calibrated according to safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
