A respected personal injury firm seeks a dedicated and motivated Personal InjuryAssociate Attorney to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 0-5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience to expand their skills in a collaborative environment and learn from some of the top attorneys in the city. Working alongside seasoned Personal Injury attorneys, the candidate will gain hands-on experience managing cases from inception to trial. This is an onsite role with full heathcare benefits and the firm offers a 401k for retirement.Key Responsibilities:Guide clients through all stages of their cases, from inception to trial, alongside other attorneys.Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel through effective communication and professional conduct.Manage a high-volume caseload with independence, balancing priorities effectively.Conduct legal research, prepare essential documents for court appearances, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation.Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice in Illinois.At least 0-5 years of experience in personal injury law.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in case management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally.Effective time-management and task prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.If you are passionate about personal injury law, career-driven, and eager to make a difference, we encourage you to apply!!
