LHH is seeking an experienced
Attorney to join their team. This position is
remote , but candidates must be located in
South Florida
as occasional office visits to the Miami location will be required
1-2 times per month.
Key Requirements:
Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida.
This position is a contract based with the potential to transition into a permanent role; however, please note it does not offer a partnership track.
Litigation experience
is required (prior experience in financial services is not mandatory).
Ability to draft pleadings and motions, attend court calls, engage in settlement negotiations, and manage case tasks such as monitoring deadlines and communicating updates to clients.
This role involves working with our financial services litigation team and will provide training on financial services-related matters and specific client protocols.
Responsibilities:Drafting pleadings and motions

Engaging in settlement negotiations
Managing cases, including monitoring deadlines and providing client updates
Collaborating with the financial services litigation team
Training on financial services litigation and client-specific protocols
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in litigation, ideally in areas such as commercial, consumer, or financial services.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.

Pay Details:
$65.00 to $85.00 per hour
