LHH is recruiting a labor & employment litigation paralegal for the Cincinnati office of a national law firm.
Billable hour requirement 1700.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, mediations and arbitrations, including assistance with electronic preparation and presentation of trial exhibits and PowerPoint presentations.
Administers, creates and manages document databases.
Supports document review teams.
Provides support for extensive electronic discovery.
Obtains and organizes case materials daily.
Prepares, organizes, and maintains deposition materials and summaries.
Working knowledge of state and federal e-filing.
Significant experience with federal court litigation
Docketing and calendaring deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bacheloru2019s degree required, paralegal certificate a plus.
A minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in labor & employment litigation.
Trial experience preferred.
Software knowledge must include the Microsoft suite of products, FileSite or other document management systems, and DTE or other time entry systems.
Experience with Relativity, Trial Director, Outlook .pst files, Sanction, WestLaw, LexisNexis, internet searching and on-line court database systems.
Candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
