This strategic role will involve managing the design, development, and continuous improvement of embedded systems, analog/digital components, and sensor technologies to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.Overhaul and standardize engineering documentation, processes, and quality assurance practices to support scalability and efficiency in production and testing.Oversee the design and development of embedded systems, sensors, and industrial components for industrial applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into the production environment.Establish and implement a roadmap for continuous improvement in product design, compliance, and performance.Manage engineering resources, budgets, and project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results within time and cost constraints.Drive a culture of excellence in engineering practices, emphasizing quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role with a focus on process improvement, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.Proven success in developing scalable engineering documentation, operational systems, and processes for production and testing.Deep expertise in embedded design, instrumentation, and industrial manufacturing processes.Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and managing teams to achieve strategic goals.Exceptional project management abilities with experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.Seniority level
