***This is a Temp to Hire position***

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant/Admin to support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will help organize employee data, manage compliance tasks, facilitate onboarding and training, and support various HR initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR while working with a dynamic team.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain electronic HR files.Compile data and create presentations for reporting and decision-making.Manage employee records and ensure accurate data tracking.Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.Assist in compliance efforts, including time sheet audits, training audits, and distributing required documents.Support manager training sessions and facilitate HR inbox management.Coordinate semi-annual employee surveys and engagement activities.Maintain I-9, background check, and compliance-related folders.Develop and organize HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment SOPs.Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making.Assist in managing the company’s internship program.

Qualifications & Skills1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.Experience with ADP or similar HRIS is preferred.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
