Job Details ***This is a Temp to Hire position***
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant/Admin to support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will help organize employee data, manage compliance tasks, facilitate onboarding and training, and support various HR initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR while working with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain electronic HR files.
- Compile data and create presentations for reporting and decision-making.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate data tracking.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
- Assist in compliance efforts, including time sheet audits, training audits, and distributing required documents.
- Support manager training sessions and facilitate HR inbox management.
- Coordinate semi-annual employee surveys and engagement activities.
- Maintain I-9, background check, and compliance-related folders.
- Develop and organize HR processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment SOPs.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in managing the company’s internship program.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
