Responsibilities:Manage all phases of commercial litigation including investigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlement and trial.Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial issues such as contracts, disputes, liability, and compliance.Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and minimize potential risks.Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.

Job Details

Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex cases from inception to conclusion.Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
