Job Title: Per Diem Physical Therapist

Locations: This position covers multiple clinics within the Oklahoma City Metro Area, including:

• Mid-Del: 5608 SE 67th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73135
• North Edmond: 200 N. Bryant Ave., Edmond, OK 73034
• North OKC: 13801 N. Western Ave., Edmond, OK 73013
• South OKC: 1200 SW 104th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73139
• Yukon: 740 S. Mustang Road, Yukon, OK 73099

Company: 360 Physical Therapy

Hourly Rate: 45-50/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Oklahoma City Metro Area. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care on an as-needed basis across our various clinics. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate them into patient care.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Oklahoma state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various clinical environments.
