Part Time AP Admin Job Details:

Schedule: (two different scheduled)

Monday - Friday 10am - 2pmTuesday - Friday 8am - 2pm

Pay Rate:$20 - $26Part Time AP Admin Job Description:

Provide administrative support to the Executive Administrator, including filing and managing documentation.Assist with Accounts Payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.Help with invoicing and maintaining accurate records of payments and transactions.Assist with banking and check processing, including tracking payments and reconciling accounts.Complete various miscellaneous projects as assigned, ensuring efficient and timely completion.Part Time Admin Job Requirements:

Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Previous administrative roles experience, particularly filing, invoicing, and accounts payable.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
