Objective: Improve patient outcomes by providing high-quality care in the labor and delivery unit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care based on their unique needs and medical history.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective plans of care to address patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure the highest quality care.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in neonatal nursing and labor and delivery care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Able to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions quickly.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other relevant software systems.
