  • INeuro Trauma ICU RN
  • Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)
  • Orientation for this unit will be held bi-weekly on Mondays
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights 1900-0730
  • Ratios: 1:2
  • Minimum of six months critical care experience in an acute care facility within the last five years required, or successful completion of an approved critical care training course/orientation and standard competencies within six months of hire
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year RN experience in an Intensive Care unit specializing in Cardiac, Neuro or Trauma preferred
  • Epic Experience REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is required
  • Weekend REQ: must be flexible, scheduled based on unit needs
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
  • Common Equipment: Pa Catheters, right and left Impellla, ventilators, Cheeta, CRRT, and IABP, and Zoll cooling catheter, and Artic Sun pads.
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum of six months critical care experience in an acute care facility within the last five years required
  • Successful completion of an approved critical care training course/orientation and standard competencies within six months of hire
  • 1 year of Epic experience is required
  • Must be flexible, scheduled based on unit needs
  • Valid state licensure/certification as required for services being performed

    Unit Specific Information
  • Travelers float between CVICU and NTICU
  • Also float to Telemetry, Acute Care (neurology, Surgical, Ortho/Med) Obs, ED boarding; Float in turns
    Additional Details
  • Must sign SS verification release
  • Pending License Accepted: Yes
  • RTO Restrictions: No
  • First-Timers Accepted: Would prefer an experienced traveler with 2-3 prior completed assignments
