Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Assist with takeout orders as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Japanese and English language ability
