What Youll Do

  • Dig into the Details: Analyze, organize, and summarize key information to support our attorneys.
  • Work with Numbers: Use Excel to manage financial data and case-related documents.
  • Tech-Savvy and Adaptability: Embrace new technologies, tools, and workflows to improve case management and team efficiency. Your eagerness to learn and adapt will drive innovative solutions within our practice.
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to provide seamless legal support.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong Client Service Skills: Build relationships with professionalism and empathy.
  • Independence & Initiative: Manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a proactive approach to using technology to innovate and streamline workflows. Quick to adapt to new software and tools, applying tech-driven solutions to enhance team efficiency and case management
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking with Strong Organization Skills: Skilled in managing large volumes of legal documents, including case files, court submissions, and client records, while ensuring accuracy and completeness. Apply critical thinking to analyze complex family law issues, anticipate challenges, and develop strategic solutions to support successful case outcomes.
  • Relevant Experience: Background in legal or paralegal studies, with experience in family law a plus.
