Trueline's client, a prominent nationwide plaintiff's firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their team in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. This established law firm specializes in complex litigation, including employment-based collective and class actions, qui tam cases, and mass torts.
What You'll Do as the Litigation Associate:
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate new cases
- Develop case strategies and draft legal documents
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Assist in settlement negotiations and motion preparations
- Cultivate expertise in the False Claims Act and other niche areas
- Manage multiple cases efficiently while adhering to firm protocols
Must-Haves as the Litigation Associate: - 3+ years of experience in plaintiff-side litigation
- Experience with False Claims Act cases
- Federal court practice experience
- Bar membership in good standing in state of practice
- Strong writing and research skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Experience with client intake and retention processes
- Proactive approach to case management and meeting deadlines
