Requirements:

8+ Years Experience in Commercial Construction ($10M - $60M Project size is ideal)Experience with Public Works (School District Projects)Experience creating

and assisting with look ahead and master schedulingExperience with any PM tools (MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)Determine methods of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, and work schedulesExperience managing general budgets and overall project costs
