Albi is seeking a Pastry Cook who is highly motivated and passionate about cooking to join our tight knit team. The Pastry Cook is responsible for nightly dessert service and production at Albi. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of fine dining experience, a desire to learn, and is able to maintain a consistent high level of execution.
