12 Matcha is a high end, refined, contemporary matcha brand making its debut in New York City with its US flagship retail shop and cafe located on 54 Bond Street in the East Village.  

We are looking for a talented pastry cook to work with our pastry chef consultant to execute a small seasonal menu of rotating pastry items and ice creams to accompany our artisanal matcha and teas curated by master artisans from Uji, Japan.
