All work to be done under direction of Workplace Design Project Manager.Conduct an audit of budget related documentation on all active capital projects, including status of approvals for vendor contracts/proposals and invoicing.Gather and organize all vendor proposals, contracts, invoices and other project-related documents to assure files are complete and accurate.Update budget tracking spreadsheets as needed to include status of proposals, contracts and invoices.Interface with vendors/consultants as needed to obtain required documentation and assure alignment with fee proposals/schedules.Work closely with Workplace Design Project Manager to resolve any deficiencies or incorrect documentation.Submit proposals and invoices into Procurement portal as needed for proper processing and track status to completion.Skills and Abilities:

Education and/or experience in finance, accounting and/or procurement processesPreferred software skills: MS OneDrive, Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe AcrobatDemonstrated ability to conscientiously handle sensitive finance informationClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyHighly organized with ability to identify and communicate areas for process improvementDemonstrated ability to work virtually with distributed teamsExperience in construction office environment is a plusSeniority Level:
