Establish accountability and build capability of your sales team in a dynamic sales market. Recruit results-oriented, consultative, best in class sales professionals.Consultative:

Identify, cultivate, manage, and track conversion franchise and M&A opportunities for ERA Real Estate through their respective sales teams.Coach:

Demonstrated capability in inspiring, motivating & coaching a team to success.Self-Motivated:

See the big picture and align with brand and Realogy strategy to drive growth.Oversight:

Ensure compliance with and review of the franchise application process.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.Experience:

Minimum 5 years of inside and/or outside sales experience with proven management success.Communications:

Effective communication to motivate, and influence people to reach goals.Business Acumen:

Working knowledge of complex real estate operations, budgets, and financial statements.Computer Skills:

Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office.Other:
