The Principal Director will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.Ability to travel 75% . For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.Here’s What You Need:- A minimum of 12 years of high value consulting experience- A minimum of 12 years of public service experience- Industry Strategy and Consulting experts and thought leaders with years of proven transformation delivery experience and client development experience- Experience with public speaking, publications, trade journal coverage or trade association coverage.Bonus Points If:- You have a bachelor's degree- You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects- A minimum of 7 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines- A minimum of 7 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal helpCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
