$17 / hourManage and maintain housing facilities, including front desk check-in and shuttle driving, to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for international associates.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk check-in and check-out procedures.Drive shuttles to transport associates safely.Maintain housing facilities and address maintenance issues.Enforce housing policies and ensure a safe living environment.Assist with housing assignments and roommate coordination.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesBasic maintenance and repair skillsAbility to handle confidential information discreetlyFriendly and approachable demeanorComfortable working with associated from diverse backgrounds who have different values or not be native English speakersAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
