to join our team in the Lehigh Valley. This position will work within a maintenance team to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:Assist with resident work orders in apartments.Assist with turnover of apartments.May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.Appliance repair.Customer service.Salt / Snow removal duties.Rotating On-Call in local area.May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

Prior residential maintenance & leadership experience is required.Working cell phone.Excellent customer service and sales skills.Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
