What You’ll Do

? Welcome Guests Warmly: Greet guests as they enter, ascertain their dining needs, and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.

? Manage Reservations and Seating: Handle reservations, maintain an organized seating chart, and manage waitlists to optimize dining room efficiency.

? Coordinate Dining Flow: Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow, ensuring timely table turnover and minimal wait times.

? Assist with Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, enhancing their dining experience.

? Support Team Operations: Perform opening and closing duties, assist with side work, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: Previous experience as a host or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

? Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse guests.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage reservations, seating charts, and coordinate dining flow efficiently.
