Host
Seeking individuals with a warm team focused personality experienced in reservation systems such as OpenTable and Resy who have an understanding of seating strategy, floor plans, and the ability to maximize covers while pacing the restaurant for a smooth service.
Hourly plus tip share. We are a very team focused restaurant and each team members primary focus is to help each other and provide a great experience to our guest. We are looking only for experienced host. 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they arrive and seating them promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate waitlists and reservations, and communicating any wait times to guests.
• Handling stressful interactions and situations, including managing guest complaints and resolving conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized host stand, including keeping menus and other materials up to date and organized.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent customer service. 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Host.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and make them feel welcome.
• Ability to handle stressful interactions and situations, and to resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
• Proactive work ethic, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems.
• Strong social skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
