Join us! #LI-HybridAbout the Role:The Chief of Staff reports directly to Bluevine’s CEO, serving as a strategic powerhouse and force multiplier for the executive team. This role drives alignment, accelerates execution, and ensures unwavering focus on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. Acting as an extension of the CEO, the Chief of Staff spearheads special strategic projects and orchestrates Bluevine’s cross-functional operational cadence, turning vision into action and momentum into lasting impact. You will work to help define company priorities and goals, enable cross-functional collaboration to meet those goals, and drive high-impact business initiatives forward.. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role, and the Chief of Staff will be a strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence.What You'll Do:Work directly with the CEO to set the strategic direction and operational priorities of the Company and Executive teamCollaborate with executive leadership to develop, monitor, and report on our quarterly and annual OKRsEnsure prioritization and execution across key initiatives for the Office of the CEOLead or partner on special projects driven by the CEO across all operational areas of the businessPartner with executive leadership to understand impact of strategic initiatives and build them into the near and long term plansManage Executive Team meetings including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountabilityManage Board meeting prep, including talk tracks and presentations, liaise with presenting teamsWhat We Look For:Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment while balancing a mix of program, operational, and strategic responsibilitiesHe/she must be organized, detail-oriented, and have a knack for problem solving.
