Medical/Surgical RN Travel Assignment

We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and treatment to patients with acute and chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of recent experience as a Med-Surg RN.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing situations.
