We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at a prestigious hospital in Boise, Idaho. This opportunity offers a chance to expand your professional horizons while providing critical care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across various hospital units
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
- Assess patients' respiratory status and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Qualifications:
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and other respiratory modalities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
