Summary

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Nurse Manager to lead nursing care in a dynamic environment. This position oversees surgical teams performing approximately 3,000 surgeries annually. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of quality assurance (QA) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate surgical nursing care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with QA standards and best practices.
• Supervise staffing, training, and daily operations to optimize team performance.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support the delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher (Master's preferred).
• 2-5 years of nursing management experience with a focus on surgical services.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS).
