Job Requirements and Application Guidelines:

• For consideration, please provide the following documents:
  • A current resume with a work history of 7 years or from graduation, whichever is less. Dates must be formatted in mm/yy.
  • The resume should include details about each facility, such as facility name, city, state, unit size, hospital size, trauma level, teaching facility, and specific duties for each position.
  • Additionally, the resume must include education dates (mm/yy) and any relevant licenses and certifications.
  • Gaps in employment exceeding 30 days should be explained on the resume.
• Please submit one supervisor reference from within the last year, working in the same unit. Ensure that the dates of employment are included and indicate whether they are eligible for rehire.
• Provide one peer reference from within the last three years, detailing their experience working together. Include dates of employment and note their eligibility for rehire.
• We also require an Annual Skills Checklist.
• Please ensure you have a valid driver's license to meet our 75-mile radius requirement.
