We are looking for a dedicated Houseman to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests.Position Overview:As a Houseman, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public spaces, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas. You will work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that the hotel is always ready to provide a welcoming environment to our guests.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.Assist housekeeping staff with stocking and delivering supplies.Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, including replenishing linens and amenities as needed.Handle and transport heavy items such as linen, towels, and cleaning supplies.Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are followed.Assist with special projects or tasks as needed by the housekeeping and management teams.Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).Must be shift flexible , including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
